To explore native wildlife and marvellous views
Even from a distance, Uluru is captivating, but when you get closer, you can see all the shades of nature in detail. This is why the area is called Red Centre – at different times of the day, Uluru shimmers with many shades of red, making this place one of the most unique in Central Australia.
Even though Uluru is located in the desert, you will be surprised by how many animals live in this area! It became a home to more than 21 mammals, 180 species of birds, and 74 different types of reptiles! How much can you spot during your Red Centre tour here?
As night approaches, Uluru completely changes its appearance. Living in the city, you may have forgotten what it’s like to admire the starry sky. Uluru will give you this unforgettable experience: enjoy the desert sky full of shining stars, see the Milky Way and spot the Alpha Centauri!

To learn more about the Aboriginal culture of the Australian Desert
During your visit, we highly recommend you learn more about the life of the Anangu people, from their culture to everyday life. Aboriginal people have lived in this area for more than 30,000 years, and throughout this time until today, they have defended their culture, language and the right to live according to their laws.
One of the most essential things in Ananin gu’su’s life is their moral compass – Tjukurpa. This is necessary for them, connecting all aspects of life and has been a philosophy for thousands of years. Stories about this and many other things are passed down from generation to generation. Older people who preserve rituals, ceremonies, language, songs and other traditions will happily share them with you!
Note that tourists cannot access certain places or take photos of them. Please respect the rules of the Anangu.
