Kings Creek Station

History

Kings Creek Station was founded in 1981 by Ian and Lyn Conway on undeveloped land owned by the Crown, initially lacking infrastructure such as water, electricity, communications, and roads. Initially, the goal was to operate the resort as a cattle ranch. Still, Ian and Lynn’s natural talent for hospitality led to the development of tourism, which has become an essential part of the resort’s business. Cattle are still raised, and camels are exported to Kings Creek Station. Kings Creek Station provides various accommodation choices, including camping and luxury tents. Supplies, food, and drinks are available at the station store. You can even try one of our famous Kings Creek camel burgers!
