Tour Cancellations by Us
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify a tour due to weather, safety, park closures, or unforeseen circumstances. In such events, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling, receiving a credit voucher, or a full refund (excluding unrecoverable costs).

Force Majeure
If your tour is impacted by events outside of our control—such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions—we reserve the right to apply flexible policies including rescheduling or issuing travel credit.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance, which includes coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. We are not liable for costs incurred due to personal circumstances or unexpected changes.

Safety & Risk
Uluru and its surrounding areas are remote and natural environments. While our guides are trained to ensure your safety, you are responsible for exercising caution. All tours involve some level of physical activity and exposure to weather conditions.

Alcohol & Behaviour
Excessive consumption of alcohol or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated and may result in removal from the tour without refund. We encourage a respectful and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Children & Families
Children are welcome on most tours, but age restrictions may apply to certain itineraries. All children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Privacy
Your personal information is collected and stored securely. It is used only for the purpose of delivering our services, processing your booking, and providing customer support. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
